My wife and I have looked all over for a new hot tub. We spent most of our time in Eugene. We decided to look in Salem and found Spas and more. We bought a great hot tub for a great price and it was delivered and setup with weeks. Alissa the girl who sold it to us could not have been nicer and we found out her dad owned the place. He came out to setup the tub and was really professional and was very concerned about making sure he did not damage my deck. We were really lucky to find this place could not be happier. We spent hours of these peoples time, left twice to check and recheck the information we had gathered other places and finally decided on this store. They are extremely truthful and answered all of our questions very patiently. We bought the one we wanted and it was delivered and set up very quickly. They generously gave us more of the correct supplies we needed, left no mess for us to clean up and encouraged us to call if we have any more questions or a problem. We have had our hot tub for several months now and love it. We have had no problems at all and know that if we ever do there won't be a hassle because they will be honest and address them. We highly recommend this place and have no personal connection outside of the purchase we made. Be sure to check them out before you buy elsewhere as their prices are great too.
